Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all services MC Motors carries out on behalf of customers.

1. Identification

2. Quotes and prices

We always provide a no-obligation quote before starting work. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Orders

Work begins only after your written or verbal approval of our quote. Changes during execution are discussed separately.

4. Payment

Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payment.

5. Warranty

We warrant our labour for three months. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts. Warranty is void in case of misuse or external damage.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings in the vehicle — please remove valuables before leaving the vehicle.

7. Governing law

All agreements are subject to Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Alicante.
